I have purchased * croma ac's last year for my commercial building. First week of March ****, * of the ac's stopped working. I have raised multiple complaints via customer care and its been more than ** days and still no response from Croma. I have sent email to CEO of croma, Have posted my complaint in twitter and still no use. Croma doesn't bother about their customers after the products are sold. I have also purchased extended warranty from them. Its a big scam from Croma where they don't treat customers property. This delay has caused me business loss over ***** so far and we are also losing our reputation from our customers.
