We are * persons traveling from vijayawada to guntur at **:** pm on **st July, in VZ**/** ULTRA DELUXE - AP**Z****.
after taking ticket we didn't check the change, bus departure from bus station and near varadhi we found we will get *** from conductor, we informed bus driver he is not responding properly and again shouting it's our duty to check it before.
At varadhi one more conductor came for tickets he gave the previous conductor number, we called her and explained issues. She said there is no extra money in her hand.share already submitted money in counter. (within that ** mins or ** mins she submitted money in counter as well.) But told I need details to raise a complaint on this incident. Than she told will phone pay my money next day. I called her next day she said she will do in some time, but she didn't. For my money I am asking them multiple times. Which is not good. Please take action on this. Her name is Bhavani. Cond.no : *******.EPOS : **********
