- Complaint against GoFirst Airlines on untimely cancellation and nonrefund ^Open

Dear Sir/Ma'am,

Please consider this mail as my formal complaint against Go-First Airlines untimely cancellation and non-refund even after more than * months.

I had made the reservation with the expectation of a timely and smooth travel experience with Go-First Airlines. Due to the cancellation, I faced significant inconvenience and additional expenses

Now, We are seeking help from the Modi government for a refund of our hard-earned money from fraud Go-First Airlines.

- Date of the Flight: ** May ****
- Passenger Name: KRITIKA UPADHYAY (Female ** years) & HIRAL UPADHYAY (Female *yrs)
- Booking Reference/Confirmation Number: GOFLDNTUO*NXXFTS****
 
As per the airline's policy and regulations, I kindly request a full refund of the ticket price to the original form of payment from Go-First Airlines at their earliest convenience.
 
Please find necessary documentation, including the booking confirmation attached, to facilitate the refund process.
 
I hope for a prompt resolution to this matter and appreciate your attention to my concerns.
