Please note that we have done several follows up with company and agent (Parvati Trading Co SRE, Saharanpur, Mob: **********) for our refund claim as airline became bankrupt at that time and we have not recieved our airline refund till date.
Please help us to initiate our flight refund as we have contacted the agent and company several times but no one bother to answer our queries regarding refund.Please help as we have this hard earned money and we need our money back.
Please help us to return our amount stated above.
