A few days ago we inquired on MakeMyTrip app about booking of flight for Sector Jammu Delhi and saw that check-in baggage allowance of ** kgs allowed in Air India flight no AI ****. Accordingly, we booked a ticket under their reference no NF ************** with PNR Z*DCV but while checking the ticket we found only ** kgs check-in baggage. We request you to immediately ask MakeMyTrip to make our check-in baggage increased to ** kgs as this is cheating by them.
