I have cancelled the tickets from the respective airlines on **/**/**** and have be told that the refund has been processed and it has been to sent to the travel agent that is Makemytrip. But they are not transferring the money to me and absolutely no information. When i contacted them they are saying it will take upto * weeks. This is very inappropriate, more than ** days has already gone but no refund or information received from your end. If the amount has been already refunded by airline than why makemytrip holding my money with himself instead of immediate refund to customer. I am already facing a financial issue in this present situation.
