I have ordered for pizza on Zomato food delivery app on * May. I have paid through online transactions through credit card. My order confirmed but the delivery boy refused to deliver food to our address. He refused and all of sudden my order cancelled and food I had ordered not reached. But the delivery boy stated that we are unresponsive to him as we are responding and instructed to deliver food to my flat but he refused to deliver food to our address. I lost my amount it is the type of cheating to customer. So I want my amount to refund back.
