i have booked room on **/**/**** for dated check thu **th apr**** – check out fri **th apr **** . i reached at *:** P.m . but i didn't get my room , hotel gave me other room which was so small room i request him to give my book room but hotel guys said it was given to some other customer and i got my room in evening *:** p.m i have paid **** for my room timing **:** p.m to next day **: a.m but i didn't got any responce form the company make my trip which i have book the room. it was not give refund of my total amount , it gives me only *** Rs . i want to back my whole amount . I am not interested in receiving any offer for refund amount.
