I have ordered ** items on **th July from Nykaa. They did not deliver my order neither I received any call or message from them or any delivery partner. Since one week I am calling them continuously but customer care people just say we will clear your issue within ** hours. The products were for the bride to be who got married one week before. Nykaa has the worst customer service. They all are cheat.
