- Charging issue of Samsung Open

Hello, I have bought a Samsung A** phone on June *st ****. While traveling the display of my phone got damaged in the month of feb ****. I have approached a authorized service center and got my phone fixed. Few days later all of a sudden my phone was not charging. I initially thought that the service center technician must have not fixed it properly. I took my phone back to the service center and explained the problem. The technician inspected the device and said that the charging slot was not working and they will replace it within warranty. The same problem persisted for * times until now.
The last time when I had to face the charging issue for the *th time was in the month of June. I raised a complaint and wrote to the CEO of Samsung. I got a call from north division and was informed that a representative from south division will coordinate with me and help me out. I have informed all that happened to the south division representative to which he promised that he will see that I wouldn't have to face the charging issue again and will give a permanent solution for the issue. If in case I had to face the charging issue he promised to provide me replacement for my device. I was happy for the assurance provided. The representative requested that I leave my phone with the service center technician so that they can keep it under observation and see that I don't have to face the issue again. The technician took around * odd days to hand over my phone.
In the month of July I am facing the same issue again and now when I raised a complaint the north division team has responded and asked me to submit my phone for inspection. I told them that I was promised a replacement if I face the issue again. But the only response I got from them was to submit my phone to the service center. And the service center people are reluctant and doesn't respond to calls nor do they respond to take my complaint when I visit the service center. It's been *months I am having the same charging issue again and again even after approaching only authorized service center.
I was forced to not have a phone and had to face a lot of heat from my work place as I was not in contact with them due to my phone not working. And not to forget I have to travel **kms to and fro to get to the service center and the team over there simply rejects to take my complaint. I would like to demand a compensation for the mental and physical stress and also the amount of my phone. Kindly help in this regards.
