I've booked rides for **-** rs but the charges were increased too high without any further explanation. At first app shows voucher applied but at the end of ride charges increased. I got scammed frequently by Ola. Everytime I contact ola support they mailed for refund and said I'll get it within * business days but I never got any refund nor any reasonable response from their side. They are literally just fraudulent. There is no customer care number and no any other option for contacting.
