*. I booked Spicemax category tickets where your website apart from offering priority checkin, etc , also offers seats with extra leg space. But As I tried to web checkin after making the full payment , it does not allow me to select spicemax seats. customer executive has denied spicemax seat for me.
MY PNR is : XD**WM
Why am I being charged if services cannot be offered is my concern
