I'm an Independent TV subscriber since Nov ****. I was promised all the channels would be free for * years under Basic Freedom pack but since Mar ****, they have been removing one channel after the other and as of today (*/*/**) ** channels are unavailable. They don't let us pick the regional channel pack of our choice and forced to watch the area's default channels. I've spoken to the customer care many a time but all they ever say is the channels will be refreshed.
