I sent the multiple emails but they are not sharing the reason for adding some garbage channels. I tell them to stop these channels that I did not choose and Airtel without any information added in my account and now if I try to add any single channel it will add extra NFC value. They are not ready to respond to my email. Below are the conversation between me and Airtel:

**: Press ok key.
**: Select Transponder to configure and press the ok key.
