I booked this set-top box on ** March **** and in advertisement clearly mentioned that it will installed within ** to ** day but had installed in my home in the month of Nov-Dec. (This was the first lie). In the advertisement mentioned that we will provide all channel absolutely free for *year including HD channels and up to *** FTA channels free of cost for * years. Instead of providing all this did not show all channel till now after installation (this is the second lie) and instead of providing contact with us and saying that you have to pay more for HD channels so this type of fraudulent will not tolerate by me. Kindly help to provide all services as well as HD channels.
