Car not available at last moment. They told me to change the car, but there were no suitable cars available. So, I chose to cancel the trip. But there was no way I could contact them to know the cancellation and refund details. The chatbox told me that I will get a callback from the supper team but it never came. There were NO way to CONTACT them. I tried all their numbers online, none of them was valid.
