I have gone to Byjus Kukatpally branch and admitted my son for * year's class both offline and online class, while admitting my son they said if your not happy with our classes you can go for cancellation for **days full amount will be refunded and after three months you will get the *****rs refund.. After **days i went and requested for cancellation and from they they will get the refund amount win **days and from then i have been sending couple of reminder mails and in person gone to the institution and from last week the Kukatpally Hyderabad branch is closed and all the branches in Hyderabad are closed and all the customer care numbers also stopped working.
