Booked my Ticket from IRCTC website, paid through my debit card. Due to non-confirmation of reservation it gone cancelled automatically. I haven't receive any cancellation refund since August ****.
I contacted IRCTC at care@irctc.co.in , they are saying we have refunded and gave me a refund no. . whereas, my bank manager gave me in written that my a/c didn't receive any amount from IRCTC.
Now, IRCTC is not replying me properly. I talked to them more than ** times but they are just procrastinating my matter. I don't know what to do now :(
