Delivery boy cancelled the order without even calling me for once and i was tracking the person. He didn't even reached the destination.
Also, my address is very precise including floor and room details.
I waited for around ** minutes for the order to arrive, my amount got deducted. I dint receive complete refund. Swiggy charged half of the amount for fee to compensate their restaurant partners.
Completely unhappy with the service and response from customer service. I had a talk with Pranai but unsatisfactory response.
