I had booked a cab in the morning after reaching Bangalore. The cab came and the driver refused to take me until I canceled the ride and then pay him cash/gpay. I argued with him for some time. However I was very tired and sleepy due to my travel and surrendered to his demand.
I just saw my email and was agitated to find a cancelation fees of Rs. ** with the statement stating that it is to help the driver. I tried to use the app to complain and chose the option that the driver had asked me to cancel. The chat bot replied that they will not refund the money.
What is this? Defrauding the customers in broad daylight. If they check the GPS of the car it will show you that the driver has picked and dropped me to my destination. Please look into this.
