Dear Sir,
We opted Byjus online classes for my son who is studying in *th Std the validity of the course was from May ** to May **.
This course was enrolled to us by Mr. Dhruv Parikh student counsellor.
From very beginning we has issue with the online course which was escalated to byjus team and Mr. Dhruv Parikh but things did not improve.
Any how we continued that services with a hope that services will improve, but after getting the annual result of my son we are really disappointed because the reason for which we opted byjus course has proved to be in vein.
At the time of course enrollment Mr. Dhruv Parikh confirmed us that as an when you feel that the course is not useful to your son you can withdraw and the balance course fees will be refunded.
Since **st March **** I have been following with the byjus team but they are not giving any response / reply.
Therefore I want to take complaint through consumer forum.
