- Canceling Byju s Subscription Offered Resolution

We asked Byju's to cancel our kid's(two kids) subscription almost * months back since we were not getting the class links regularly and kids are not willing to attend the classes anymore. There is no proper response from Byjus and the subscription is not canceled yet. IIFL guys are calling every month and torturing us to pay the monthly fees threatening that it will impact our CIBIL score and we will not get any loans further. Please help us to cancel the subscription and refund our money from the time we raised the cancelation request .
