I was supposed to travel from Ghaziabad to Himachal Pradesh on **.**.** at * am. At * am the driver did not pick up, his phone was switched off. The service provider did not answer. Cab Bazar also did not pick up. At * am they picked up and said refund is not possible even though their driver did not answer. They lied to me about the driver being on his way and spoke rudely to us making us feel insecure as women.
