Hi Team,
For the booking id ****** , first siva was the driver assigned and was asking extra amount for payment. So I have asked him to cancel the booking. He did not cancel so called customer service to cancel the booking it as the driver details were showing as pending allocation.
In the mean time when I have mentioned the same to customer care , she kept my call on hold and assigned driver .Then She said cancellation is not possible now as driver is already assigned .
Again after some time got a call from cabbazar stating to give them some time till * ** PM as the second allocated driver phone os switched off.
I need full refund back to the source system
