I have booked a bus service in redbus. That bus had to reach departure point at **:** pm on Dec *nd, ****. But it didn't come, i tried to call bus driver number that is provided by redbus.. that was switched off.. then i tried to reach out redbus customer support.. they asked me to wait for ** minutes in boarding point... But still that bus didn't come. Again reached out to customer support. The same happened thrice i have waited for *.* hours in the same boarding point. The fourth agent said that bus got cancelled and they processed that... Now that almost **:**pm, i couldn't get any alternative.. i have planned for family function tomorrow.. Everything got messed up now. Need legal action on redbus and the bus service provider.
