I booked one bus ticket and paid the amount before one month but service not given. I have booked a bus ticket on June *st ****. The bus is orange travels from Hyderabad to Kochi. The bus timing is at * pm. On ** am I have noticed the travel agent number is not working and I reported in makemytrip customer care. They told that the bus will pick up me on time. I reached at *.** pm. I reported on makemytrip at *.** pm and continuously I contacted makemytrip til * pm. On * pm they inform me I missed the bus and told me to book another bus. I am sure the bus didn't reach in my boarding point and no pickup vans came for pick up me. I need the refund and one day salary+one month interest. My one day salary is ****. I need Rs ****.
