Respected Sir,
I have booked two bus ticket from goibibo website Banglore to Mumbai on ** April **** my date of journey was on ** May **** as due to COVID** my bus got cancelled by bus operator. I have tried to contact goibibo customer care number but unable to connect any representative. Yet my amount is not being refunded already i am stuck in Bangalore due to lockdown. I request you to kindly look into this.
