Ordered a perfume worth INR **** from Amazon and it came in a completely shattered way. Was hesitant to give the OTP to the delivery agent because I heard shattered glass but was forced by him and told to take it up with Amazon customer care. They refused the replacement/refund stating that they have investigated but they clearly did not.
