Airaisa people respond -**/**/**** flight AK** kualampur to kolkata **:**pm -**:**pm i lost baggage(skybag -bagpack grey color) in luggage (name payle ghosh ) and still now there is no update recieved from your customer care ***-******** , they informed me that next day they will send the missing luggage my home but after disussion today still now the luggage have no trace and no commitment giving from your end , if this thing will not resolve by your team next * days i will update the matter to consumer forum and go for Legal step ,
