I ordered an eyeglass online from lenskart and they delivered a defective product. I complained about this and they told they will replace the frame and they sent me a replaced frame which again was defective. So I got tired of this and I returned this second frame also and I asked for a refund. They said once they get the eyeglass back, they will initiate the refund but instead without any confirmation, they gave me a store credit and not ready to refund the amount back to my account. What I'll do with Store credit when I already had such a bad experience.
