I had booked a hotel at Vienna for checking on **/**/**** with fares showing pay at the hotel directly by giving only my card details. However, ** hours after I received the confirmed booking voucher the full amount of Rs. *****. Even though it is clearly mentioned that no money has been debited from the account during booking.
