I have booked to and fro tickets through makemytrip app to switzerland in Feb ****. I paid extra **k for each ticket to buy refundable tickets for safe side(**k + **k - actual price is **k+**k for non refundable tickets). Due to covid the flights has been cancelled and I was told that I will get credit shell for hyd- Zurich and I got total amount **k as credit shell from indigo. But to venice- hyd I was asked to cancel to get full refund as I bought refundable tickets for extra price. I cancelled it through the app as per instructions and it was showing as total refund of **k after deducting **** of make my trip charges at that time .I agreed and cancelled my tickets. Now I recieved ***/- in wallet and now saying that no refund on cancellation. Without any intimation of update from MakeMyTrip they changed the refund rules. I have made number of calls to makemy trip customercare and enquired all the details before cancellation. I also told I don't want any credit shell as I cannot travel in next * year due to personal reason. They agreed for everything and now says that no refund for cancellation.
