Dear Team,
On **.**.**** I did my travel booking from Kuwait to Mumbai & return through make my trip for that i had to pay an amount of Rs.*****.**. On **.**.**** i received an email from Indigo saying that my flight from Kuwait to Mumbai (one end flight) has been cancelled due to new strain of Covid-**, but till date i didn't receive my booking amount (INR *****.**/-) for that booking (one leg booking),its very disappointing for a customer to follow up for his own money repetitively over phone.
I kindly request you to do the needful asap otherwise i will have to find out some other legal ways to claim my refund.
