Ticket booked on *th Jan **** to travel from Dubai to Pune on **th June **** for * passengers. Due to COVID**, travel plan changed and cancelled booking on **rd May ****. Even though flights are cancelled, Air India Express said they will deduct cancellation penalty of Rs **** per passenger. I agreed and cancelled ticket and still waiting for refund even after * months. I have sent multiple emails to customer care asking for refund but they only reply it is under process.
