I had ordered * quantity meal from wow china on swiggy app on **th aug afternoon. The delivery guy brought only * and was arguing that I ordered only * and he delivered whatever he got from restaurant. He asked me to give complaint over chat. Without any resolution all chats were closed and they mentioned to email for refund. I have been mailing since last *days but didn't get any resolution. Yesterday I got * coupon code which was invalid so I reported the same. After that I am not getting any assistance. There is no customer care number for customers to reach out for complaints. Very pathetic experience. We had to keep fighting for our own money and these guys are least bothered to respond
