I've ordered "boAt Airdopes *** TWS Ear-Buds with IWP Technology, Immersive Audio, Up to **H Total Playback, IPX* Water Resistance, Super Touch Controls, Secure Sports Fit & Type-C Port(Sporty Blue)" along with * other products on **th Jan ****. The oder was delivered next day on **st Jan ****
When I opened the package the other * item were there in the box but "boAt Airdopes" was missing in the box. I talked to Customer service immediately they asked to wait and call back on **th Jan **** while their concern team look into the matter.
I called again on **th Jan **** the concerned team said the item was delivered successfully & they can not help into the matter. I was shocked that the reputated company like Amazon can do this.
I said I made the video while opening package & I shared with them then again they asked to wait * more days while their concern team look into the matter.
It's been ** days - Customer service said they can not help in the matter.
