As I had discussed with Reliance Digital Executive, I have been entitled with **% cashback on my purchase of One Plus Nord *T phone at a price of Rs. **,*** purchased on * August ****. The cashback which i need to receive is Rs. ****.
But I have not yet received the cashback it over * months as of now.
Please provide assistance here and provide the cashback as soon as possible.
The offer was **% cashback on purchase of One Plus phone in Reliance Digital. The executives had explained that I would receive **% cashback which is Rs. **** after * months (starting from August) and a big poster regarding the offer was also present there.
I had not clicked the photos of the poster there. The Reliance Digital Executives had explained the offer details.
