I have placed a order in zivame.I purchased lingerie and later on due to size issue I returned the order on ** sep **** . I have made payment from my bank account and they refunded my money in the form of zcoins .Now when I checked my zCoins to purchase lingeries , I can see zero zCoins in my account.This is rubbish how can they play with my money on there terms and conditions. Firstly I want my money back and secondly back to my source account.
