Booked flight ticket via Yatra Online Pvt Ltd
Want to share a ridiculous and pathetic experience with this platform.
Flight booked on June ** ****
Travel date : June ** ****
On June ** I got flight cancellation notification by the airline (Screenshot attached)
GoAir Airlines cancelled ticket due to their poor management and #COVID** situation.
Now it's been more than a Month and Yatra Online Pvt Ltd team is not initiating refund for the cancellation done by the airlines.
On the on the other hand I got refund from GoIbibo Care for one of my cancelled flight around May ** ****.
Not sure what special reason Yatra Online Pvt Ltd has for not initiating the refund.
Yatra Online Pvt Ltd app is showing status that refund is in progress.
This is really ridiculous behaviour by Yatra Online Pvt Ltd
I will recommend not to book any ticket by using Yatra Online Pvt Ltd platform.
Their customers service team is pathetic. They don't know how to resolve refund issues during #COVID** crisis.
