This is on behalf of Kali Traders an MSME manufacturing unit in Delhi and I am using shiprocket services from past * months.
I have been manufacturing and shipping one design of stand which is just * inch broad hollow iron pipe with *ft legs like a tripod, in two different sizes (*ft and *ft) since January, **** and shipped more than ** pcs of it through Shiprocket, using the servies of fedex/delhivery/xpressbees etc. I never had issues in this product shipment especially in shipping charges and dimensions as we are the manufacturer therefore the exact dimensions and weight is well known to us.
Recently there are number of issues I faced with Xpressbee logistics management
*. Xpressbees have lost (awb **************) one of the lamp which was *ft, shipped on **th June to Gurgaon from Delhi. Upon enquiry I was never given exact details as to why it got lost, and I was told I will get the refund which is ****+***. About which shiprocket never had any information.
*. One of my RTO (**************) of Rs.****/- is not traceable by Xpressbee and it was created on *th July. Till today morning I tried tracing it but couldnt find the exact location or status.
The total amount pending towards Xpressbee comes out to ****+***+**** = Rs.****/-.
The local Xpressbee office to cover up the losses they have caused as mentioned above has all of a sudden created weight reconciliation issues in the lamps that shipped previously in AWB :

Instead of the right dimensions they've deliberately put excessive measurements to cover up the refund which they were supposed to clarify or pay for lost and untraceable RTO. I can say this because I went to their office in Samalkha today alongwith the product to get the dimensions checked as no one was providing me right information. They also have shipped more than ** qty of the same lamp in past and amazingly never had dimension issues with those orders whereas you can check I've put only these dimensions every time.
Also they have created a dispute earlier on **st may for order no. *************, AWB **************, which they accepted was mistakenly raised and it got resolved in my favour, and that was also the same product.
Kindly note, I have made a video of the visit at their office where Mr Saurabh admitted that there is a glitch in their system and that is why it is showing the wrong measurement. Mr. Kashmir Singh have also admitted(screen shot attached) that the product is not ** or ** kgs and it is only ** kgs and there is glitch in shiprocket portal that's why it's showing **kgs, which clearly tells that they are trying to cover up the wrong administration and the loss they have caused to me.
Today my COD remittance was on hold of Rs. ****/-, my refund of Rs. ****/- was wrongfully deducted from my wallet, I’ve not been returned the RTO of Rs.****/- till date, I could not ship products worth Rs.**,***/- this amount also happens to be an average loss faced by the firm due to non-shipment of orders everyday.
I also had to go through harassment and stress due to non cooperation which is invaluable. I have a small enterprise and due to the negative balance in my account I couldn’t ship one of my bulk order and few other shipments. This situation can cause me an unbearable looses and halt of operation at my unit.
Kindly, keeping the urgency of matter in mind u requested them to resolved this complaint in a day time, so that I am not forced to bear the loss of sale and move away from Shiprocket taking my complaint to consumer court against XpressBees and Shiprocket.
There was no reverse and no information passed to me, and in all the weight issue tickets all random measurements have been put, which doesn't have a base and criteria as to how they are operating.
I seek help and intervention in this matter at the earliest

As discussed with you sending yoh the link of the video I made in xpressbee office yesterday, where Mr. Saurabh and Mr. Kashmir singh accepted that there is a glitch in the system and my dimensions are correct.
I want this to be sorted today or else I'm forced to go to legal authorities.
