Hello ! i want say you that i have made a flight booking from Goibibo few days for travel from Delhi to srinagar and my travel date was * july ****. The flight was of AirAsia Airlines but due to the pandemic my flight has been cancelled by airlines not by me.
And after that i called AirAsia airlines and Goibibo also.
And Goibibo customer care told me that i will get full refundof Rs.****.**,
but i got only refund of Rs.***.
So now i want my full refundof Rs ****.** as Said earlier by Goibibo.
Otherwise i will to make an FIR against Goibibo because i have all recordings and proofs.
So please initiate my full refund.
