I ordered * sarees in jomso and the products that came were of very poor quality..i returned them n asked for a refund n they told they can only give credit points with which i can purchase in their website again.. i self shipped the products from chennai to gujarat payin *** rupees and they gave credit points.. though i didnot want them without another option i ordered * other sarees.. this time the products that came were not only of cheap quality but they were nothing like the pictures shown.. th y were entirely different products.. i sent them to email after email asking for refund and they only copy pasted the same email again n again saying refund policy is not there.. but it was mentioned in their website that they wud refund if wrong products were sent.. i self shipped the products paying another *** rs but they are still not agreeing to refund my money
