I ordered a saree from this website for Rs. **** on the *th of Nov **** and received it on **th of Nov ****, My order id: ****-*****. The saree that I saw on the website and the one that I received were completely different. The one that I received looked very cheap, the color was different then the one on the website, the design did not match and neither the material matched the description! When I tried calling their customer care for refund, their number was unreachable throughout. I tried sending several emails, no response to that either. I feel cheated. I tried contacting them via Instagram but they did not bother to reply!
