Dear Sir,
I have ordered a product based on the advertisement shown in ezeekart website where MI * wrist band and another same wrist band combo was offered at Rs.****/-.
Based on the above offer I have placed my order and received it too. But I didn't get what was offered at the time of placing the order. I was given some unbranded wrist band which is totally different from what I had ordered.
I have attached to you what I had ordered and what I have received actually.
I have been trying to call ezeekart customer service number ********** on **/**/**, **/**/** & **/**/** the whole day (for almost a week) to return the product and claim my refund, but that person forces me to same unethical banking procedure for a refund and tries to some money from me through online UPI payment.
I have also sent them an mail regarding the problem faced by me. But there is no response from them.
