I had ordered a product worth Rs. ***/- on glowille.com with Order #GL************ on May *rd **** and they have sent a wrong product which is very cheap in quality.
The company mentions easy returns and exchange on their website and they do not revert to any emails sent to them by the customers. This website doesn't provide its customer care contact number also. Even after sending so many emails regarding the issue of the product they have not replied to a single email of mine. This company is cheating the customers. This is a fraudulent site.
I would like to request you to please take strict action against the website for cheating the customers and help me get a refund for the money I have paid.
