I ordered Boat airdopes ***v* worth Rs.*** from Shopee.com on */*/** vide order id-**********DJDX. On **/*/** received parcel and paid cod amount. After opening the parcel found wrong product (specks). Immediately requested for return & refund on **/*/**. But no attempt made for pickup till **/*/** for its pickup despite daily follow up with shopee customer care. At last request was cancelled saying that parcel had not reached seller till **/*/**.
