Wrong product has been picked up and Myntra is not taking any action after several phone calls and requests they registered my request and sent me an email complaint no.
They were supposed to pick up order no ******-*******-******* (Chambak passport holder). They picked up wrong product no: *******-*******-******* (scoup off white dress).
They refunded *** rupees for the wallet. But the dress was for **** and there was no return and exchange request for the dress.
