I ordered a pair of Nike shoes Flipkart. However, I received a different shoe than what I ordered.
However, Flipkart says it was an open-box delivery and I should have opened the box at the time of delivery. But the delivery person never asks me to open the box at delivery time. When later I opened the box I found a totally different shoe than what I ordered. Now Flipkart is denying the order replacement. I create a ticket on the help center of Flipkart but to no avail.
Now it's been ** days and still no resolution from Flipkart.
