I purchased the product as per its functionality/look and product description given on zookr.in. Product got delivered too but it is not the same one which i saw on website and ordered. I tried calling to seller but sellers numbers are not connecting then i tried contacting Zookr.in on every platform where i can like email, facebook, twitter, contact numbers but they have blocked me on facebook, they are not responding on twitter, only once got connected to phone call where a lady (Neetu) gave some personal gmail ID (neetu.zookr@gmail.com) to forward a complaint. She message me email ID with some mobile number (**********) which is not connecting now. Zookr customer care email ID did not reply even a single mail. That lady (Neetu) replied in mail that the product delivered is same as seen on website.... i was surprised by that reply. You can see the attached photo. I simply want ordered product same as displayed to me or refund.
