- Wrong Product Delivered ^Open

I have placed order for four shirts on **th August **** on Myntra.com. Order ID: *******-*******-*******. Description of items is as below.
(*) Mast & Harbour Men Mustard Slim Fit Solid casual shirt (*) Roadster Men blue regular fit faded denim casual shirt (*) Mast & Harbour Men blue & white regular fit checked casual shirt (*) Allen Solly Sport Men beige & red ultra slim fit checked casual shirt.

Allen Solly shirt was delivered by official Myntra delivery person on **th September ****.

After this on the same day i.e. **th September **** I have received a call from Ecom Express delivery person for other products, when I received this package it was sealed and the delivery details including order ID on the outer package are correctly mentioned as mine, but the package seemed light weight. After few minutes i have received message saying all the three products delivered. But the package I received doesn't looked like it has three items in it.
So I took the video of unpacking. When I opened the package I found only one shirt in it i.e. Blue casual shirt, Brand name of this product is MAYRA. There are no other shirts available in the package.

Instead of receiving three shirts for which I placed order, i have received this Mayra Brand shirt and there was no invoice for this product. I have never placed order for this Mayra Shirt, so i immediately raised a complaint on official Twitter page of Myntra on **th September ****. To which I received an acknowledgement and was requested to provide few details of my Myntra account and my order ID. Myntra team has raised an incident and provided me reference number of the case. I have shared the wrong product details and video footage of unpacking the product.

After few times of follow up, I was told that As per the investigation, correct product was shipped to you in a sealed packet post successful quality check.We have also received a confirmation from our Logistics team that the package was delivered in a sealed condition. Hence, we are unable to accommodate your request'.

Since it was a sealed package while taking delivery of wrong product I could not figure out what was inside of it. I was made fool by Myntra team. No matter how many times i raise a complaint Myntra Team has a standard reply that they have delivered my three items to me.
Reference complaint number is Incident: IN********************.

This is absolutely Myntra's faulty, may it is done at shipping time or by logistic services. I think my detailes were tampered and it was sticked to other package and delivered to me. Based on bar code on the delivery details Myntra Team is claimimg delivery was done. I dont know how their system works but I seek justice on this issue. I have video and images of wrong product as proof.
